Contribute What You Can

Support for Families: Contribute What You Can

At Iris Support CIC, we believe every family deserves access to highquality SEND support without fear of cost being a barrier. To make this possible, we use a Contribute What You Can model.

This approach means:

  • We publish the true cost of delivering each service
  • Families contribute what feels manageable for them, this may be a portion of the cost, the full amount, or the full amount plus an extra donation to support another family.
  • No one is asked to prove income or justify their circumstances

This keeps our work accessible, sustainable, and rooted in trust.

What Our Services Cost to Deliver

(These are not fixed fees. They are the real costs so families can make an informed contribution either for services they have received or when donating.)

  • Typical contributions: £10–£66

Supporting Change, Not Just Crisis

Donations fund the learning, evidence, and system change that help redesign how families are supported — not the expansion of direct services or casework.

Your Support Fuels Insight and Influence

Every donation helps us:

  • Work alongside families to understand lived experience
  • Generate evidence that systems can use
  • Influence policy and redesign support for the long term
